The verdict

Very distinctive from the initial nose all the way through, and really good, interesting and enjoyable to drink. I felt like I got lavender and flowers like that. Quite unique, with a strong taste, a good opening and nice acidity. Uncle Ben lists pineapple, cream, peach, lychee and fruit tea. The distinctiveness was almost too much, close to overpowering, so I would dock it down to 4.5.
