The verdict

Limited body, good acidity, and a tiny bitter edge in the finish. Pleasant aroma. Another strong coffee from Two Hands Full, which is quickly becoming one of my favourite roasteries in Indonesia.

What the roaster says

Pantan Musara is a family-owned farm and washing station in Pegasing, Central Aceh, run by Hendra Maulizar and his family. For this Thermal Washed lot, coffee undergoes a two-day anaerobic fermentation in sealed bags, using direct sunlight to heat-shock the coffee. It is then washed, soaked for 24 hours, and dried on raised beds. Two Hands Full has sourced this signature lot for four consecutive years and has worked with the producer for nine years.
