The verdict

No roast date on this fineprint pack purchased at CitySuper in HK. It’s great that supermarkets are selling “speciality” coffee, but very disappointing that the roasters are not adding roast dates to the packs in supermarket. Disgraziad! Tasted stale.

What the roaster says

Pitalito, located in the Huila region of Colombia, is renowned for its ideal coffee-growing conditions, including high altitudes, volcanic soil and a favourable climate. Within this region lies Bruselas, a small town celebrated for producing exceptional coffees. This lovely, medium-bodied coffee is quite fruity with notes of grapes and lychees.
